Ordering and payment
A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, log in or directly go through the ordering/checkout process. After the order is placed, you will receive the order summary in your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.
B: You can also easily reorder products later by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open, and you can change quantities or products.
A: Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.
Tractability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.
Reordering: you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.
A: Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. If you have a VAT number, please remember to submit it. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of VAT number

A: If you have VAT number, then VAT is not charged. You need to remember to add the VAT number to your account information section. Online checkout system will automatically fill in the submitted VAT number when you order products.

Out-of-stock products have an out-of-stock badge on the product image, and you cannot place orders for them. Order lead time depends on the product style and quantities. A: Shipping costs are dependent on your location and the products on your order. While we offer free shipping in most countries, some countries have high shipping charges, and for such countries, we charge you as per the best rates possible. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout once you fill in the shipping details.

A: Viscose georgette is a cotton-based fabric and it is not a synthetic fabric. It is one of the most widely used fabric for dresses these days.
A: While we make sure that the colour in the photos of listings is very close to the actual colour of the products, there may be little variations in colour due to factors out of our control like your type of Display & Calibration, lighting, etc. For knowing the exact colour, we advise you to message us.
A: Pashmina’s softness depends upon how tight or loose they are woven.
1) Tightly Woven Pashmina Wraps are Least Soft. They have a high density of pashmina fibres (hence, they weigh a bit more) and get softer over time.
2) Medium Woven Pashmina Wraps are moderately soft. They contain a moderate amount of pashmina fibres or have a medium density of pashmina fibres.
3) Loosely Woven Pashmina Wraps are very Soft. Being loose woven, they have less density of pashmina fibres comparatively and have the softest appeal. Please note these types of pashmina have the highest chances of pilling.
Additional Note: Tighter the weave, lesser are the chances of pilling.
